Enhanced print capabilities

Print options have been enhanced to support additional functionality, including the following:

• Upload an agency logo to print on a report in a fixed size, color, or grayscale. See Uploading Logos for more information.

• Removed the URL from the report. URL visibility is controlled in the browser settings. For example, you may see the URL if using Firefox, but not if using Microsoft Edge. In the Print dialog, click More Settings, and clear the Headers and Footers option.

• Print in light mode when working in in dark mode. The print does not have a dark background. 

• Print includes all details of a record. If a record includes Comments, optionally print the comment information by displaying the Comments panel on the record. If you do not want to include Comments, close the panel before printing.

• If printing a sealed record, a banner  prints on the first page. To optionally include background color treatment for the Sealed Record banner, use More settings on the Print dialog to choose background option (Print backgrounds or Print background graphics depending on the browser used).
